The accreditation form applies to press, radio, television journalists and photographers and is the only way to obtain Media Accreditation at the Silesian Juvenile 2026.

By filling in the above form, I consent to the processing of my personal data by the Foundation for Academic Initiatives of the University of Silesia PAIDEIA. My data will be processed for the purpose of applying for media accreditation. This consent is voluntary, but revoking it will result in the inability to apply for and receive media accreditation for the event Juwenalia Śląskie 2026.
