RULES AND REGULATIONS

I. GENERAL DEFINITIONS

  • Rules and regulations – the present rules and regulations
  • Website – the “JuwenaliaŚląskie” website, accessible at juwenaliaslaskie.pl
  • Service Provider – „Fundacja Inicjatyw Akademickich PAIDEIA” company, with its registered office at: Bankowa 12A, 40-007 Katowice, Poland, Tax Identification Number (NIP): 9542812578, National Court Register (KRS) No.: 0000828936,
  • User – any natural person accessing the Website and using the services provided via the Website by the Service Provider.
  • Electronic Communication – communication between the parties via electronic means (e-mail).

II. GENERAL PROVISIONS

  • These Rules and Regulations set out the principles governing the operation and use of the Website and define the scope of the rights and obligations of Users and the Service Provider in respect of the use of the Website.
  • The Service Provider’s services consist of providing free tools in the form of the Website, enabling Service Users to access content in the form of posts, articles and audio-visual materials, as well as links to external ticket sales platforms.
  • Any content, articles and information published on the Website that may be considered as tips or advice constitute only a general collection of information and are not directed at individual Users.The Service Provider shall not be liable for their use by Service Users.

  • The above data is obtained via the Google Analytics script and Meta Pixel and is anonymous.

VII. COPYRIGHT

  • The Service Provider is the owner of the Website and holds the copyright to it.
  • Some of the data published on the Website is protected by copyright belonging to companies, institutions and third parties not affiliated in any way with the Service Provider, and is used on the basis of acquired licenses or free licenses.
  • Pursuant to the Act of 4 February 1994 on Copyright, it is prohibited to use, copy, reproduce in any form, or store in search engines, with the exception of Google, Bing, Yahoo, NetSprint, DuckDuckGo, Facebook and LinkedIn, any of the articles, descriptions, photographs and of any other content, be it graphic, video or audio material contained on the Website without the written consent or consent provided via electronic communication from their legal owner.
  • Pursuant to the Act of 4 February 1994 on Copyrightsimple press reports understood as information presented without commentary or authors’ opinions are not subject to copyright protection. The author interprets this as permitting the use of information from texts published on the website, but not the copying of articles in whole or in part, unless this is specifically indicated in the individual material made available on the website.

VIII. AMENDMENTS TO THE RULES AND REGULATIONS

  • Any provisions of the Rules and Regulations may be amended unilaterally by the Service Provider at any time, without giving reasons.
  • Amendments to the Rules and Regulations come into force immediately upon their publication.
  • Any User who continues to use the Website following an amendment to the Rules and Regulations is considered to have accepted them in their entirety.

IX. FINAL PROVISIONS
